Great location, very helpful receptionist staff, lovely large clean and comfortable room. In hindsight we should have had dinner at the hotel as the food looked really good. We did however avail of the bar later in the evening and sat outside on the terrace listening to the entertainment provided. Will recommend to all our friends.

This was our third visit to this property. It's great that is why we return. The rooms are outstanding, now that it has been refurbished. The location is ideal, just a few meters away from the Plaza Mayor. It has excellent parking facilities and this is something else which brings us here. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I like this hotel, it has a good vibe.

We had a comfortable room at a convenient location to the Old Town of Caceres. The staff was very helpful in dealing with an injury to my wife by providing a wheelchair and moving us to an accessible room for the extra night we had to stay. The food at the hotel was good.

The location of the hotel is great as it is within 5 minutes walk of Plaza Mayor. We had a double room with comfortable beds (twin beds pushed together) and we requested a cot which they have set up nicely for us. The room and the bathroom are spacious and comfortable for us with a baby because we had a lot of things with us - a pram, equipment to wash and dry bottles, milk bottle warmer, etc - and there was plenty of space to store everything. Overall a comfortable stay.

Location! 5 minute stroll to old town. Secure underground car parking. Spaces available for all sizes of vehicle. My f-type accessed car park without a problem. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet style and good selection. Coffee and tea making facility in bedroom. Cost of evening meal very similar to going into the Plaza Mayor.

Very nice modern hotel, close to the Plaza Mayor in this historic city. Large comfortable bed, lovely big walk-in shower with lovely big towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room (not often seen in Spain). Helpful receptionist. Parking easy to find underneath the hotel for an additional €13, good continental breakfast for €7.50.

Great hotel, very large and very well located in the city centre, close to the historical area. Friendly and efficient staff. Large, comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast choice! Convenient parking facilty though a bit difficult to find the right place in the parking. Really, a great place to stay in Caceres!

I have come to Cáceres to help my father who had a medical emergency whilst staying in this hotel and every member of staff were outstanding. The care they have shown for me and my father is beyond any of my expectations. They have all been very kind and supportive making us both feel like we are not alone despite being over 1000 miles from home. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done and continue to do during the stay.
